Open Post, paste the link, and explain what happened in plain words so others can compare notes.

Already lost money? Report through your bank and the police as well. This site can’t freeze a bank transfer for you.

How do I get help?

Ask under Questions & Help on the forum. For account / site issues, open Support. After you sign in, check Alerts — that’s where replies show up.

What are levels / Niu coin?
